Privacy Policy

Cue is a personal assistant you talk to. This policy explains what data Cue accesses, how it is used, and your choices. Cue is operated by an individual; contact niclasheu@gmail.com with any questions.
What we access
When you sign in, we store your phone number to identify your account. If you connect Google, we request access to your Gmail (read and send) and Google Calendar (read and create events) so the assistant can act on your spoken requests. We store the resulting access and refresh tokens to make those requests on your behalf.
How we use it
Google data is used solely to perform the actions you ask Cue to take — for example, reading or sending an email, or checking and creating calendar events. Facts you ask Cue to remember are stored so it can recall them in later conversations.
Limited Use disclosure
Cue's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI/ML models.
Storage & retention
Your data is stored in a private database used only to run Cue. Tokens and memories persist until you disconnect the integration or ask us to delete your account.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google at any time from the Connections page, which removes the stored tokens. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions. To delete your account and associated data, email niclasheu@gmail.com.
